CRIME
Crime and Shootings have to stop!
Give the police officers a fair living wage...
Our city police officers' salary needs to match the salary of the county police officers at $57,000.
A uniform allowance $1000.
Parents may be held responsible financially or criminally depending on the situations...
As we usher in a new administration, the new administration will set aside funds to send a clear message to our Citizens in our community. Our commitment is to turn the tide against crime and needs to start now. In the next 30 days you will hear from us. Access every corner of the media landscape on radio, TV and social media as we launch a comprehensive campaign to warn the public about the crackdown on violent crime. This administration will stop at nothing to ensure the safety and security of all citizens. Any Citizen engaging in gun criminal violence activity will face the full force of the law! While respecting civil rights we will make it clear that there's no room for violence in our community. Together, let's reclaim the streets and neighborhoods and make them safe for everyone.
HOMELESS
One major problem in the homeless community is that 80% percent of the homeless are gaming the system while 20% percent need help but may have too much pride to ask for it. Veterans are an examples and we should be ashamed to have an any homeless veterans in our community.
In Chattanooga, we are faced with a complex homeless challenge. While some homeless are exploiting the system, many, including our veterans, are struggling in silence. It's critical to make sure they get the assistance and help they need.. especially for those who are too proud to ask for help, by focusing on the real effective solutions. Ensure resources reach out and lift those who truly deserve the help. Let's make sure that no one's left behind. The big question is who determines the 80 percent?
It's a simple concept. Those that have produced and contributed to our tax base and can show residency in our area. For those actually falling on hard times, we will have no problem helping them address their issues. Those that are from out of town that are here to game our system, they will be asked to leave. If they refuse. they will be arrested for trespassing. The good-hearted citizens of Chattanooga are not here to take care of the world, we're here to take care of our own and those that are truly in need.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Our city roads are in dire need of repair, posing risk to safety and efficiency.
It's critical that we address this issue urgently by reallocating funds that improve the infrastructure and enhance our daily lives. Our current administration is just now starting paving roads for our residents after 4 years in office. These roads have become a daily struggle for many of us from dodging the pot holes and causing constant delays. It's time to prioritize foundation and community mobility and growth.
We need to provide effective transportation. A personal commuter rail system as well as a transportation system from Atlanta to Chattanooga to the Airport.
The SkyTran personal rapid transit system is designed to reach speeds of 100 miles per hour. SkyTran uses magnetic levitation technology to provide high-capacity, on-demand rides. The system is intended to be a sustainable alternative to personal cars, and it's designed to be low-cost and emit little to no pollution.
Capacity: Elevated rail system. can carry up to 11,500 passengers per hour in each direction.

LOWER TAXES
"My fellow neighbors, I'm running for mayor to bring a positive change to our community."
I believe our storm water fees and property taxes are excessive! They are straining the living costs of our families and neighbors. If elected, I will fight to reduce these burdens, making our town more affordable for everyone. We will explore green infrastructure solutions to advocate for smarter tax policies together. We can build a brighter future in our town.
